Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Rino started the match with the kick off. 10 minutes into the match, Tallia Toro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leizarraga Nuncibay. Vila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tallia Toro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Tallia Toro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Lavaderos's zone, Sadurni Vizcaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sal Pato came out of the goal and Sadurni Vizcaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lavaderos's Sal Pato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Rino in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vila's zone, Tallia Toro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leizarraga Nuncibay came out of the goal and Tallia Toro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leizarraga Nuncibay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tallia Toro in the 36th minute of play. Tallia Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Silban Gasca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lavaderos's Tallia Toro in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vila's goalie prevented a goal. When Tallia Toro came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Lavaderos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tallia Toro couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the game, Silban Gasca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leizarraga Nuncibay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tallia Toro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Leizarraga Nuncibay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tallia Toro to make the kick off. David Rino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Silban Gasca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Rino in the 60th minute of play forced Lavaderos's goalkeeper Sal Pato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silban Gasca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Leizarraga Nuncibay made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Tallia Toro came free, but Leizarraga Nuncibay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leizarraga Nuncibay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tallia Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If David Rino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silban Gasca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Leizarraga Nuncibay skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 82 minutes, Nelio Espoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lavaderos and the Vila players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Silban Gasca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lavaderos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
