Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Neto Redondas got the match started through his kick off. A hard shot by Jurdan Muñio from long distance, 3 minutes into the match, got Silbestre Rejon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 4th play minutes Victor Morelo shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Silbestre Rejon and just under the crossbar into goal. Jabier Quesada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jabier Quesada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silbestre Rejon having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Tropiezo FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Basante. Neto Redondas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bernabe Mendigoitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silbestre Rejon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jabier Quesada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tropiezo FC's goalkeeper Bernabe Mendigoitia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Tropiezo FC's Victor Morelo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silbestre Rejon. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neto Redondas in the 35th minute of play forced Tropiezo FC's goalkeeper Bernabe Mendigoitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Mendigoitia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Neto Redondas in the 36th minute of play. Neto Redondas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bernabe Mendigoitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Victor Morelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Carpinteria FC's goalkeeper Silbestre Rejon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Morelo got free with Silbestre Rejon in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Victor Morelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 61st minute, Victor Morelo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tropiezo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Carpinteria FC's zone, Aureliano Boñar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silbestre Rejon came out of the goal and Aureliano Boñar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leoncio Nuncibay struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Bernabe Mendigoitia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carpinteria FC. 70 minutes into the match, Carpinteria FC's Neto Redondas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernabe Mendigoitia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Tropiezo FC's zone, Neto Redondas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernabe Mendigoitia came out of the goal and Neto Redondas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute, Carpinteria FC's Leoncio Nuncibay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Leoncio Nuncibay scored 3-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernabe Mendigoitia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Carpinteria FC's Silbestre Rejon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jabier Quesada in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jabier Quesada in the 92nd minute of play forced Carpinteria FC's goalkeeper Silbestre Rejon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neto Redondas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Carpinteria FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tropiezo FC.
