Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Galindo Cardeiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicemte Arratia in the 10th minute of play forced Merinos FC's goalkeeper Teodoro Isasaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manolo Azcona was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vicemte Arratia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Teodoro Isasaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vicemte Arratia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Isasaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicemte Arratia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fonda Anda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Novillos's Vicemte Arratia got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Vicemte Arratia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Merinos FC's Teodoro Isasaga. Teodoro Isasaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Galindo Cardeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osorio Muriel having to interfere. Novillos's Fonda Anda got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fonda Anda to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Novillos got a freekick which was hit by Fonda Anda. Fonda Anda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Teodoro Isasaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicemte Arratia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Teodoro Isasaga made a huge save. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Novillos's goalkeeper Osorio Muriel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Merinos FC's Galindo Cardeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Botello Sanles fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Novillos's protests and gave Botello Sanles a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Novillos got a freekick which was hit by Botello Sanles. Fonda Anda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th match minute, Merinos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Masseda to maneuver through the defense. After 77 minutes of play, Novillos's Vicemte Arratia made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodoro Isasaga was left in no man's land by his defense there! During the 81st minute of the match Botello Sanles completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Botello Sanles a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Novillos's Botello Sanles got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Manolo Azcona was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Frisco Rebolleda hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th match minute, Merinos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Masseda to maneuver through the defense. Manolo Azcona placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Novillos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
