Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Atilano Contreras took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Itapeby FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnas Trarigo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignazio Arce got free with Vinicio Laso in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Higinio Iribe scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorio Jane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes in the game, Atilano Contreras fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vinicio Laso having to interfere. With his leg Vinicio Laso managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Mederos's Ignazio Arce fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignazio Arce got free with Vinicio Laso in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atilano Contreras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Laso having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mederos's Iraitz Munguia got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Hermengildo Belda sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorio Jane skillfully saved the ball. Peli Albar might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dorio Jane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peli Albar ran back to his position shaking his head. Peli Albar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Higinio Iribe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Dorio Jane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Iribe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorio Jane having to interfere. Ignazio Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Vinicio Laso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorio Jane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Iribe in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41stth minute of the game Higinio Iribe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mederos's Dorio Jane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Peli Albar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Dorio Jane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Higinio Iribe made the kick off in the second half. When Higinio Iribe came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Itapeby FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Iribe couldn't finish the play. Atilano Contreras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Vinicio Laso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mederos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! In the 66th minute, Jerano Bezanilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Higinio Iribe fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dorio Jane, passed just outside the right post. Higinio Iribe struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Dorio Jane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapeby FC. Peli Albar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Dorio Jane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ignazio Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Itapeby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Contreras came free, but Vinicio Laso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Laso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignazio Arce in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of Mederos booed when Itapeby FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerano Bezanilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnas Trarigo during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Itapeby FC! In the 92nd match minute, Mederos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batista Morodo to maneuver through the defense. Peli Albar in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dorio Jane, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mederos's goalkeeper Dorio Jane, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Itapeby FC's Peli Albar got a good chance for a goal in the 101st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Itapeby FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Itapeby FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
