After 5 played minutes Mercedes FC got a freekick which was hit by Marques Carpio. When Virila Areizabal came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Mercedes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virila Areizabal couldn't finish the play. Emanuel Berdugo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haritz Orcondona, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 17 played minutes Mercedes FC got a freekick which was hit by Marques Carpio. If Stanislao Lariz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gaspard Lluba scored 1-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cresenciano Abecia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oton Codina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cresenciano Abecia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marques Carpio during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marques Carpio kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Haritz Orcondona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Berdugo having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oton Codina to make the kick off. Oton Codina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cresenciano Abecia having to make a save. 55 minutes into the game, Lope Verganza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mercedes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belveder the free kick. Lope Verganza kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Emanuel Berdugo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haritz Orcondona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haritz Orcondona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the game, Lauro Losada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mercedes FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Belveder.
