Echeverria's Jairo Regidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monico Remesal in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute Macias Monagray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Regidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Yaguan AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Silvano Corres hit a great ball. Etxekopar Entrambasaguas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Cresitobalo Puertas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hipolito Tejada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Etxekopar Entrambasaguas struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Cresitobalo Puertas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Echeverria. In the 30th minute Guaberto Paliza suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After a rather tough play, Yaguan AFC's Aaron Moncada got a free kick in the 31st minute. Prudentio Campo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Etxekopar Entrambasaguas struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Cresitobalo Puertas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Echeverria. In the 38th minute, Macias Monagray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 41 played minutes Etxekopar Entrambasaguas rounded Yaguan AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Jairo Regidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monico Remesal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Macias Monagray in the 47th minute of play forced Echeverria's goalkeeper Jairo Regidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Etxekopar Entrambasaguas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Monico Remesal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Regidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Echeverria's goalkeeper Jairo Regidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Tejada during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hipolito Tejada hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Fliz Respaldizar from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Jairo Regidor's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Monico Remesal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xines Vilanova's late challenge caught a Yaguan AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xines Vilanova helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Echeverria got a freekick which was hit by Xines Vilanova. 75 minutes into the match, Echeverria's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Moncada came free, but Jairo Regidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes Yaguan AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Corres. Monico Remesal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Regidor having to interfere. Xayveon Rano kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Echeverria's Deunoro Codony in action when he in the 88th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Hipolito Tejada struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Cresitobalo Puertas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Echeverria. If Macias Monagray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Echeverria got a freekick which was hit by Deunoro Codony. Macias Monagray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Echeverria were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Yaguan AFC for a fine match.
