In the 8th minute Gaitan Laiseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tonio Pazo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ofelio Suso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ofelio Suso's late challenge caught a C.A.Yaguarí's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ofelio Suso helped the player get up and apologised. Ofelio Suso hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Valerio Albizu came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Yaguarí's Tolek Sidorowicz. But to his dismay, Tolek Sidorowicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ofelio Suso got free with Tonio Pazo in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perez Abad received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tonio Pazo came out and tried to block the shot, but Perez Abad slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolek Sidorowicz in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valerio Albizu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolek Sidorowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tonio Pazo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaitan Laiseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ofelio Suso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Tonio Pazo made a huge save. Valerio Albizu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Sidorowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Tonio Pazo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Valerio Albizu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 60th minute, but Valerio Albizu got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Jimenez hanging dry this time. After 61st play minutes Tolek Sidorowicz shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Valerio Albizu and just under the crossbar into goal.
