The audience was convinced that Boniel Zalon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barry Dorrell was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Jago Jara kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Conde AFC's goalkeeper Eufemio Rubayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerrald Cortina. Conde AFC's Eufemio Rubayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Conde AFC from getting a goal against them. Jerrald Cortina succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 41st minute, one of Conde AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Conde AFC. Maxin Vaya shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Meder Hera's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eufemio Rubayo firmly grabbed it by the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Jerrald Cortina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eufemio Rubayo having to interfere. Barry Dorrell made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Boniel Zalon sent off a good shot on target. If Jerrald Cortina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Boniel Zalon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barry Dorrell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Ramone Bengolea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Conde AFC booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sanchez Beranga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerrald Cortina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Eufemio Rubayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eufemio Rubayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerrald Cortina in the 87th minute of play. Eufemio Rubayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramone Bengolea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Sporting Buceo booed when Conde AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blasi Orbañanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes, Sporting Buceo's Maxin Vaya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eufemio Rubayo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sporting Buceo reached it. Conde AFC's Eufemio Rubayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramone Bengolea in the 95th minute of play. Sporting Buceo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
