In the 9th minute of the match, Urdaspal Murias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ursino Bernedo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urdaspal Murias in the 13th minute of play forced Cerrillada's goalkeeper Ursino Bernedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niolaao Cajigal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Ordeig FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Saldoval came free, but Niolaao Cajigal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Saldoval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niolaao Cajigal having to interfere. Niolaao Cajigal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Saldoval in the 27th minute of the match. Ordeig FC's Niolaao Cajigal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolino Norato in the 28th minute of play. Robustiano Saldoval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Niolaao Cajigal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Urdaspal Murias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ordeig FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urdaspal Murias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urdaspal Murias charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urdaspal Murias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ordeig FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Urdaspal Murias hit a great ball. Cerrillada's Tolino Norato got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niolaao Cajigal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolino Norato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urdaspal Murias to make the kick off. If Pedro Perlacia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urdaspal Murias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cerrillada's Ursino Bernedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Perlacia in the 59th minute of play. When Barea Selgas fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerrillada's protests and gave Barea Selgas a yellow card for diving instead. Barea Selgas kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ursino Bernedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urdaspal Murias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urdaspal Murias might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ursino Bernedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urdaspal Murias ran back to his position shaking his head. Fausto Goiti kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Ursino Bernedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urdaspal Murias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 67 minutes, Pedro Perlacia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ordeig FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Perlacia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ursino Bernedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urdaspal Murias in the 68th minute of the match. After 69 minutes of play Cerrillada's Barea Selgas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Tolino Norato took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Niolaao Cajigal to make any attempt to save it. Ursino Bernedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urdaspal Murias, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute, Checa Larren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urdaspal Niño didn't quite understand what happened when in the 89 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 92nd minute Pedro Perlacia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ursino Bernedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Ordeig FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
