Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Loreto Munibe in the 4th minute of play forced Mercedes AFC's goalkeeper Ortle Cernadas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ortle Cernadas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eufrasio Basagoitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Aimar Rezabal didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After 16 minutes of play, Mercedes AFC's Hipolito Comacho made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aimar Rezabal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rius Castruita succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 19th playminute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Loreto Munibe in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ortle Cernadas saved Mercedes AFC from getting behind. Eufrasio Basagoitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ortle Cernadas having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Loreto Munibe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ortle Cernadas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aimar Rezabal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rius Castruita in the 39th minute of play. Rius Castruita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Aimar Rezabal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eufrasio Basagoitia was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Laureles got a freekick which was hit by Clis Montel. The supporters of Laureles booed when Mercedes AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ekialde Ariztegui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loreto Munibe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Ortle Cernadas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eufrasio Basagoitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ortle Cernadas made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Loreto Munibe sent off a good shot on target. In the 68thth minute of the game Eufrasio Basagoitia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mercedes AFC's Ortle Cernadas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aimar Rezabal came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Mercedes AFC's Rius Castruita. But to his dismay, Rius Castruita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Loreto Munibe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Eufrasio Basagoitia took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Ortle Cernadas to make any attempt to save it. After 96 played minutes Mercedes AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Besga. For all the effort they put into the match, the Laureles players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mercedes AFC.
