A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Menafra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Lozano came free, but Cordarin Cela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, Menafra FC's Placido Bonvehi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hotz Muruve. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Birjaio Villaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceibal's supporters rose to their feet, but Birjaio Villaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordarin Cela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zemario Bruna in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cordarin Cela saved Menafra FC from getting behind. Menafra FC's Beremundo Celama got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gogo Lozano took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cordarin Cela. Cordarin Cela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Evis Pernia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hotz Muruve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Beremundo Celama cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Hotz Muruve was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceibal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
