In the 31st minute Arturo Cabello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Eguiluz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arturo Cabello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteban Loza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Loza scored 3-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rudolfo Vidaurre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After having played for 51 minutes, Xalvador Cerrabe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Achar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xalvador Cerrabe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudolfo Vidaurre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frans Azaceta, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a little luck, Lunarejo's Teobaldo Eguiluz got control of the ball when Xalvador Cerrabe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rudolfo Vidaurre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Loza in the 69th minute of the match. Achar's Rudolfo Vidaurre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans Azaceta in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Paul Samano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Arturo Cabello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teobaldo Eguiluz. Lunarejo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arturo Cabello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After 80 played minutes Lunarejo got a freekick which was hit by Paul Samano. Achar's Federigo Negro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lunarejo. After 82 played minutes Lunarejo got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Regueiro. Arturo Cabello struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Teobaldo Eguiluz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Achar. Lunarejo's Teobaldo Eguiluz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Lunarejo from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute, Frans Azaceta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rudolfo Vidaurre was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1.
