After a rather tough play, Guerrero's Gumaro Amada got a free kick in the 8th minute. Mergildo Mancobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xarles Cotes in the 14th minute of play. Gerardo Arias's late challenge caught a Oribe AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Arias helped the player get up and apologised. Gerardo Arias hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 played minutes Guerrero got a freekick which was hit by Honrio Caso. In the 19th minute, Valerio Iriusta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xarles Cotes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mergildo Mancobo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Guerrero's Ritchie Rioseras got a free kick in the 26th minute. Perez Guera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Semeno Arizabaleta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Austin Campelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Austin Campelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mergildo Mancobo having to interfere. Guerrero's Semeno Arizabaleta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Guerrero from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Oribe AFC booed when Guerrero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ritchie Rioseras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xarles Cotes to strike the kick off in the second half. Semeno Arizabaleta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perez Guera in the 54th minute of the match. If Perez Guera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valerio Iriusta ran back to his position shaking his head. When Mendiko Aquejano came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Oribe AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mendiko Aquejano couldn't finish the play. Guerrero's Austin Campelo got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Austin Campelo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Mergildo Mancobo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 84 minutes into the match, Guerrero's goal looked a bit too open when Valerio Iriusta came free, but Semeno Arizabaleta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Semeno Arizabaleta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valerio Iriusta, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Perez Guera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Semeno Arizabaleta having to make a save. The Guerrero players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Oribe AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
