Matei Carabia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Semeno Arizabaleta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Guerrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Arias to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Belen's Birjaio Mirueña got control of the ball when Austin Campelo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Birjaio Mirueña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xarles Cotes, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Belen's Birjaio Mirueña proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Belen from getting a goal against them. Belen's Birjaio Mirueña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xarles Cotes in the 42nd minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xarles Cotes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, Belen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ederono Vijil to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 63 minutes, Matei Carabia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matei Carabia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ritchie Rioseras fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guerrero's protests and gave Ritchie Rioseras a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Guerrero's Ritchie Rioseras got a free kick in the 65th minute. Semeno Arizabaleta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xano Justo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Austin Campelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belen's Birjaio Mirueña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xarles Cotes in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute Xano Justo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semeno Arizabaleta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Austin Campelo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Belen's Birjaio Mirueña. Birjaio Mirueña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Guerrero getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ritchie Rioseras hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Guerrero fans cheered their team off the field, for while Belen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
