When Llorenc Borjas fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gervasio's protests and gave Llorenc Borjas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Guayabos AFC booed when Gervasio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llorenc Borjas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bidari Romani kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zabal Ladron in the 70th minute of play forced Gervasio's goalkeeper Benito Asegninolaza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chap Ballesteros struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Nereo Guereño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gervasio. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
