Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jairo Zaton started the match with the kick off. Mikolas Puntones came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Riffo's Caetano Suarez. But to his dismay, Caetano Suarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Riffo's zone, Lorencio Estebanes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flor Cardeños came out of the goal and Lorencio Estebanes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Riffo fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Riffo's Caetano Suarez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Caetano Suarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolas Puntones having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, Acegua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominix Lallera to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 21 minutes, Lorencio Estebanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acegua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorencio Estebanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Jairo Zaton notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Acegua's Mikolas Puntones. Mikolas Puntones was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Caetano Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Riffo's Jairo Zaton got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Zaton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caetano Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mikolas Puntones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Acegua's zone, Caetano Suarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolas Puntones came out of the goal and Caetano Suarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Acegua's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Jairo Zaton scored to the left of an out of position Mikolas Puntones, making the score, 0-4. When Fidel Colmenero came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Acegua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Colmenero couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorencio Estebanes in the 59th minute of play forced Riffo's goalkeeper Flor Cardeños to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fidel Colmenero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Flor Cardeños tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flor Cardeños took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Colmenero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Acegua's zone, Caetano Suarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolas Puntones came out of the goal and Caetano Suarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikolas Puntones was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jairo Zaton showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 66 minute of play. Jairo Zaton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Mikolas Puntones when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the last second Mikolas Puntones throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jairo Zaton in the 71stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 72nd minute, Zigor Bujanda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikolas Puntones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Zaton in the 74th minute of play. Mikolas Puntones made an important save on a dangerous shot by Caetano Suarez in the 76th minute. If Caetano Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tercero Guedella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flor Cardeños having to interfere. If Jairo Zaton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jairo Zaton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Mikolas Puntones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Riffo played a much better game than Acegua and deserved their victory. The Acegua players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
