Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manni Arambarri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Omar Dalmu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manni Arambarri in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Mercedes AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Inocente Gaceo hit a great ball. Pacho Paternina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rozarius Teran in the 62nd minute of play forced Mercedes AFC's goalkeeper Laurentzi Olloqui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pacho Paternina might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laurentzi Olloqui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pacho Paternina ran back to his position shaking his head. If Pacho Paternina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cachimba F.C's Rozarius Teran in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Pacho Paternina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachimba F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Pacho Paternina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurentzi Olloqui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Mercedes AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rozarius Teran came free, but Laurentzi Olloqui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pacho Paternina struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Laurentzi Olloqui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachimba F.C. Mercedes AFC's Laurentzi Olloqui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rozarius Teran in the 84th minute of play. Tomas Vigalondo's late challenge caught a Cachimba F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Vigalondo helped the player get up and apologised. Fernando Costas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mercedes AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Cachimba F.C had controlled the match.
