Romulo Faso might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lehior Santandres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romulo Faso ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Fernandez FC booed when Conciliacion AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mosen Capitan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernandez FC's Delmiro Bornes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Fernandez FC from getting a goal against them. Fanuco Hijosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Bornes having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Fernandez FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mosen Capitan ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Fernandez FC's Mederi Arzola got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rdth minute of the game Fanuco Hijosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fernandez FC's Delmiro Bornes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th match minute, Conciliacion AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Riero to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mosen Capitan in the 88th minute of play forced Fernandez FC's goalkeeper Delmiro Bornes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cordarrell Asencion during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Conciliacion AFC's Lorenz Obieso was substituted for Mosen Capitan. After a rather tough play, Fernandez FC's Cordarrell Asencion got a free kick in the 90th minute.
