Anton Astete took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hector Asas. Carqueja's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Salvator Olano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Asas having to interfere. Centurion AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Gaztea Barbot scored to the left of an out of position Ruperto Elizondo, making the score, 1-0. In the 15th minute, Cordairo Albo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Apolo Linde fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carqueja's protests and gave Apolo Linde a yellow card for diving instead. Hector Asas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artal Valdovinos, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Apolo Linde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaztea Barbot in the 24th minute of play forced Centurion AFC's goalkeeper Ruperto Elizondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Apolo Linde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Salvator Olano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Centurion AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvator Olano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Asas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Carqueja's Gentza Pidrola got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the Carqueja defense, Artal Valdovinos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Asas. The Carqueja fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Asas should have stopped the shot.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artal Valdovinos made a kick off. Salvator Olano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eneko Anguiano kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Artal Valdovinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Asas having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Carqueja's goal looked a bit too open when Artal Valdovinos came free, but Hector Asas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Asas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artal Valdovinos in the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Salvator Olano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Asas. Carqueja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvator Olano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After a rather tough play, Carqueja's Shepherd Lobado got a free kick in the 70th minute. Centurion AFC's Artal Valdovinos got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruperto Elizondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Linde in the 75th minute of the match. If Salvator Olano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes, Shepherd Lobado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carqueja and the Centurion AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Shepherd Lobado hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Gaztea Barbot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Artal Valdovinos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Centurion AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artal Valdovinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Carqueja's zone, Salvator Olano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Asas came out of the goal and Salvator Olano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 played minutes Centurion AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cisco Sabugal. Carqueja were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Centurion AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eneko Anguiano took the corner. After taking down the ball on Carqueja's corner Eneko Anguiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ruperto Elizondo quite easily take care of the ball. Despite being the better team, Centurion AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
