Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Buenahora's zone, Nalo Sala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mendiko Vispieres came out of the goal and Nalo Sala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dalmu Aladro kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Nalo Sala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Platon's Marques Baraona got a free kick in the 9th minute. Berto Afraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Indart in the 11th minute of the match. Mitxaut Venegas hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Atilano Indart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Buenahora's Dorio Eureste got a free kick in the 24th minute. Ixidor Canales struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Mendiko Vispieres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Platon. In the 35th minute, Nalo Sala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ixidor Canales in the 38th minute of play forced Buenahora's goalkeeper Mendiko Vispieres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ixidor Canales might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mendiko Vispieres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ixidor Canales ran back to his position shaking his head. Berto Afraga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Inautzi Proenza's shot from short distance in the 45th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ixidor Canales was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Buenahora getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Alonso Piedrahita hit a great ball. Buenahora's Mendiko Vispieres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nalo Sala in the 52nd minute of play. Dorio Eureste hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Atilano Indart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berto Afraga having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Atilano Indart kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Berto Afraga. That made the score 0-1 in the 59 minute of play. In the 61st minute Laurin Sabando collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. After 61 minutes, Alonso Piedrahita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buenahora and the Platon players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, Buenahora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Piedrahita to maneuver through the defense. Nalo Sala struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Mendiko Vispieres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Platon. In the 67th minute of the match, Atilano Indart got a very nice opportunity to score, but Berto Afraga was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Buenahora booed when Platon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ixidor Canales didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Indart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berto Afraga having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Inautzi Proenza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Berto Afraga was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Nalo Sala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Mendiko Vispieres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ixidor Canales came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Platon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ixidor Canales couldn't finish the play. Inautzi Proenza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nalo Sala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Mendiko Vispieres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mendiko Vispieres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nalo Sala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buenahora were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Platon's much stronger midfield.
