Naelio Bustillos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Guanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Cardozo's Oskarbi Lesaca got a free kick in the 16th minute. Vennancio Guera hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Juvenal Solana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Urtsin Cothal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Valdo Guanes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Naelio Bustillos. The goal made the score 2-1. Simao Caballol struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Urtsin Cothal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cardozo. If Ofelio Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 played minutes Cardozo got a freekick which was hit by Oskarbi Lesaca. Cebollati FC's Valdo Guanes got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juvenal Solana made a kick off. Urtsin Cothal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juvenal Solana in the 56th minute of the match. Simao Caballol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th match minute, Cebollati FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Costilla to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juvenal Solana in the 68th minute of play forced Cebollati FC's goalkeeper Urtsin Cothal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Leon Maltrana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oskarbi Lesaca hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Cardozo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 91st minute Valdo Guanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naelio Bustillos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdo Guanes in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naelio Bustillos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 96 played minutes Cardozo got a freekick which was hit by Leon Maltrana.
