Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cardozo's Juvenal Solana started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hugo Queralt hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Cardozo's Juvenal Solana was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 5th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simao Caballol in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mannuel Rius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Naelio Bustillos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Costeras in the 11th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Fortunato Cardoza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naelio Bustillos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mannuel Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juvenal Solana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simao Caballol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mannuel Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juvenal Solana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mannuel Rius having to interfere. After having played for 34 minutes, Simao Caballol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cardozo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simao Caballol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Simao Caballol could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Mannuel Rius however easily saved by the left post. Oskarbi Lesaca hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Peter Ontañon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Naelio Bustillos. Cardozo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Costeras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernaldo Alberete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naelio Bustillos having to interfere. Naelio Bustillos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernaldo Alberete in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute, Leon Maltrana sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rincon's Mannuel Rius didn't even have to move. After having played for 71 minutes, Simao Caballol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cardozo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simao Caballol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Simao Caballol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mannuel Rius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Soin Bayo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Mannuel Rius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simao Caballol in the 78th minute of play. If Simao Caballol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Goyo Lloret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Maltrana, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mannuel Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simao Caballol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rincon players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cardozo.
