Pinchazo FC's Celio Termiñon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gotzon Altuve in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sayvion Antia's late challenge caught a Chuy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sayvion Antia helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chuy booed when Pinchazo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayvion Antia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Xarles Penas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuy's supporters rose to their feet, but Xarles Penas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urtzi Bergada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sicilia couldn't finish the play.

After a rather tough play, Chuy's Muno Tramontes got a free kick in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Cristian Sicilia notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Chuy's Gotzon Altuve. Gotzon Altuve was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gotzon Altuve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sayvion Antia, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Chuy's zone, Sayvion Antia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gotzon Altuve came out of the goal and Sayvion Antia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gotzon Altuve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sicilia in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Chuy's goal looked a bit too open when Sayvion Antia came free, but Gotzon Altuve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
