Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ugutz Pison started the match with the kick off. If Xzaver Jares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atarratze Tesillo was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Ricardo Fragua capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ricardo Fragua really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Vitin Cerrabe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bikendi Manaut, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Xever Nocedo charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xever Nocedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th match minute, Echeverria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xever Nocedo to maneuver through the defense. When Kinsen Correa fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ladrillos's protests and gave Kinsen Correa a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 minutes, Xzaver Jares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ladrillos and the Echeverria FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 32 played minutes Ladrillos got a freekick which was hit by Xzaver Jares. Casimiro Galindez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Atarratze Tesillo. Ladrillos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ricardo Fragua received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atarratze Tesillo came out and tried to block the shot, but Ricardo Fragua slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Echeverria FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Tabby Arciniega hit a great ball. Ugutz Pison took the ball and in the 50 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitin Cerrabe. Vitin Cerrabe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardo Fragua was the one to do the kick off. Ugutz Pison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, one of Ladrillos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ladrillos. The referee gave Echeverria FC a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Casimiro Galindez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ladrillos's Atarratze Tesillo. 3-2. Prospero Felipez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atarratze Tesillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Felipez in the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Ricardo Fragua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Echeverria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Fragua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atarratze Tesillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Ladrillos getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Xzaver Jares hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match Casimiro Galindez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atarratze Tesillo skillfully saved the ball. If Bikendi Manaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 89 minutes, Prospero Felipez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Echeverria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prospero Felipez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atarratze Tesillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Fragua in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Ladrillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurgain Albino to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Ricardo Fragua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atarratze Tesillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prospero Felipez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ladrillos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
