An unexpectedly hard shot by Dubardo Domingo in the 23rd minute of play forced Salamanca AFC's goalkeeper Nahia Salcedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Candil FC got a freekick which was hit by Inge Montesino. Lizardi Lorden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Azubeli Hedesa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Candil FC's Azubeli Hedesa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Redonet in the 32nd minute of play. If Clis Yera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Salamanca AFC booed when Candil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Yermo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Dubardo Domingo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nahia Salcedo, 1-0. In the 46th minute of the match Oro Guilarte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Azubeli Hedesa skillfully saved the ball. After 46 played minutes Candil FC got a freekick which was hit by Inge Montesino. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

51 minutes into the match, Candil FC's goalkeeper Azubeli Hedesa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lizardi Lorden. Candil FC's Azubeli Hedesa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lizardi Lorden in the 57th minute of play. Nahia Salcedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clis Yera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lizardi Lorden in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Azubeli Hedesa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oro Guilarte during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Salamanca AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Oro Guilarte hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Clis Yera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahia Salcedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lizardi Lorden got free with Azubeli Hedesa in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dubardo Domingo charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dubardo Domingo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Candil FC's Dubardo Domingo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Azubeli Hedesa made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ricardo Redonet sent off a good shot on target. Nahia Salcedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dubardo Domingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ryan Betancia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salamanca AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candil FC the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Salamanca AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Betancia to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Salamanca AFC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ryan Betancia hit a great ball. If Dubardo Domingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute.
