Juan-Alfredo Ordax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arixo Termiñoso having to interfere. Juan-Alfredo Ordax blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arixo Termiñoso having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Tiatucura FC's Fernendo Foyo got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Ysidro Limon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arixo Termiñoso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tiatucura FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cleto Palomar in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steven Rasines in the 30th minute of play forced Salta's goalkeeper Demesio Viñe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Salta's goal looked a bit too open when Guillelmo Gasca came free, but Demesio Viñe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Guillelmo Gasca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tiatucura FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! Arixo Termiñoso went to the wrong direction when Ysidro Limon was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Tiatucura FC's Guillelmo Gasca got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ysidro Limon kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Tiatucura FC's Steven Garray got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Burni Jacolet to strike the kick off in the second half. Steven Garray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steven Garray who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Demesio Viñe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Burni Jacolet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Arixo Termiñoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Erlantz Luzuriaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salta and the Tiatucura FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Salta getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Erlantz Luzuriaga hit a great ball. If Guillelmo Gasca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arixo Termiñoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Alfredo Ordax in the 75th minute of the match. Steven Garray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Demesio Viñe made a huge save. If Juan-Alfredo Ordax had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiatucura FC's Arixo Termiñoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burni Jacolet in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Tiatucura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Alfredo Ordax came free, but Arixo Termiñoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Salta's Burni Jacolet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arixo Termiñoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Juan-Alfredo Ordax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arixo Termiñoso having to interfere.
