Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christobal Mascarañas started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute of the match Piamontesa AFC got a corner. Soriano FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fix Falces ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piamontesa AFC's goalkeeper Refugio Armoña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tabby Gabaldon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Christobal Mascarañas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Indartsu Bango's late challenge caught a Piamontesa AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Indartsu Bango helped the player get up and apologised. After 15 played minutes Soriano FC got a freekick which was hit by Indartsu Bango. If Montrell Ortubia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Soriano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Endura Repuente came free, but Rigoberto Emesabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Refugio Armoña managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Soriano FC's Tabby Gabaldon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hibai Sordo hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, Piamontesa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Dozal to maneuver through the defense. Gipuzkoa Botejara, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Piamontesa AFC's Mauro Cismado got a free kick in the 30th minute. Tabby Gabaldon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Refugio Armoña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Piamontesa AFC's zone, Christobal Mascarañas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Refugio Armoña came out of the goal and Christobal Mascarañas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Montrell Ortubia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Montrell Ortubia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anier Barroiz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Endura Repuente charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Endura Repuente the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Piamontesa AFC's Endura Repuente got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Christobal Mascarañas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Barroiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Emesabel having to interfere. If Montrell Ortubia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anier Barroiz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised Rigoberto Emesabel 76 minutes into the match. Soriano FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anier Barroiz 81 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Ponce Anguiano hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Gipuzkoa Botejara, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Soriano FC booed when Piamontesa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Cismado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Tabby Gabaldon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soriano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tabby Gabaldon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Refugio Armoña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Tabby Gabaldon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Soriano FC's Rigoberto Emesabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Barroiz in the 94th minute of play. Piamontesa AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
