Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jorge Flayre started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Turupi booed when Soriano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Indartsu Bango didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ipar Ontaneda's late challenge caught a Turupi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ipar Ontaneda helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Turupi booed when Soriano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ipar Ontaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rigoberto Emesabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Flayre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jorge Flayre came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Turupi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Flayre couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Indartsu Bango hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Michel Mazuelos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rigoberto Emesabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Mazuelos in the 15th minute of the match. Jorge Flayre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rigoberto Emesabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Soriano FC's Tabby Gabaldon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rutenio Lombas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jorge Flayre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Emesabel having to interfere. Rutenio Lombas made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Tabby Gabaldon sent off a good shot on target. Michel Mazuelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Soriano FC's Christobal Mascarañas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rutenio Lombas. That made the score 1-0 after 43 minutes of play. Michel Mazuelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Rigoberto Emesabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jorge Flayre was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Rutenio Lombas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atauri Zarate, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Tiniebra Candura kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Christobal Mascarañas struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rutenio Lombas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soriano FC. Michel Mazuelos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Emesabel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 69 minutes, Michel Mazuelos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michel Mazuelos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 played minutes Turupi got a freekick which was hit by Gutierrre Urdapilleta. Christobal Mascarañas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto Emesabel had great luck who in the 79thth minute grab hold of the ball when Jorge Flayre from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Jorge Flayre came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Turupi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Flayre couldn't finish the play. If Michel Mazuelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Soriano FC's zone, Michel Mazuelos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Emesabel came out of the goal and Michel Mazuelos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Many of Turupi's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Turupi may have spent more time on the ball, but Soriano FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
