In the 13th match minute, Espinillar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xinaro Viesca to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the game, Gorka Yugueros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espinillar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suarez AFC the free kick. A collision led to Espinillar getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gorka Yugueros hit a great ball. Zayveon Limiñana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Orixe Mazo. Espinillar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Felo Santandres kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Suarez AFC's goalkeeper Cordero Corel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Itzaina Somarriba. Suarez AFC's Loren Natal got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cleto Merodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cordero Corel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Suarez AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gaskon Nieto hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Itzaina Somarriba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cordero Corel. Suarez AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Itzaina Somarriba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Mendebal Ezquierdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 minutes of play Espinillar's Gorka Yugueros was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Gorka Yugueros hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Mendebal Ezquierdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mendebal Ezquierdo made a kick off. Mendebal Ezquierdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orixe Mazo having to interfere. Orixe Mazo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mendebal Ezquierdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mendebal Ezquierdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Orixe Mazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Suarez AFC's Gaskon Nieto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orixe Mazo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Espinillar getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cleto Merodio hit a great ball. If Loren Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Espinillar's Orixe Mazo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mendebal Ezquierdo in the 73rd minute of play. Orixe Mazo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mendebal Ezquierdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mendebal Ezquierdo struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Orixe Mazo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suarez AFC. Suarez AFC's Mendebal Ezquierdo got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Loren Natal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orixe Mazo having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Espinillar were victorious despite being under pressure from Suarez AFC for much of the match.
