Fagildo Guztros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mosquitos's Senen Pescaredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fagildo Guztros in the 15th minute of play. Senen Pescaredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fagildo Guztros, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th match minute, Mosquitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernal Campusano to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Mosquitos getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Maureo Cabañero hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Gerardo Barrero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Senen Pescaredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 26th minute, Carolo Gañona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 29th minute Teodosio Unzaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Indalecio Laviada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Indalecio Laviada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernal Campusano, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Calera's Carolo Gañona got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuno Marva hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute Carolo Gañona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Senen Pescaredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carolo Gañona to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Calera's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Unzaga came free, but Indalecio Laviada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Unzaga scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Indalecio Laviada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Calera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fagildo Guztros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Senen Pescaredo made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Fagildo Guztros sent off a good shot on target. After 74 played minutes Calera got a freekick which was hit by Fagildo Guztros. A hard shot 80 in the game by Fagildo Guztros from a close distance when the talented Senen Pescaredo managed to make a qualified save. Mosquitos's players were relieved. A collision led to Calera getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Gerardo Barrero hit a great ball. If Fiz Longo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fagildo Guztros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
