The audience was convinced that Danilo Munet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eutor Moranto was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 13th match minute, Lascano AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eyague Caneiro to maneuver through the defense. Eutor Moranto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Munet in the 18th minute of play. If Danilo Munet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Pastor Banzola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orland Gargante was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Nicanor Garizabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Eutor Moranto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Borras in the 31st minute of play forced Lascano AFC's goalkeeper Orland Gargante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Pastor Banzola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orland Gargante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orland Gargante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Borras in the 41st minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Danilo Munet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eutor Moranto, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Desiderio Salado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pastor Banzola in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orland Gargante saved Lascano AFC from getting behind. If Dionisio Borras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pastor Banzola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Orland Gargante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Marco Gobantes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lascano AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yaguan AFC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Lascano AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yaguan AFC:s goal. With a little luck, Lascano AFC's Orland Gargante got control of the ball when Dionisio Borras tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicanor Garizabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eutor Moranto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xamo Acedo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Eutor Moranto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Munet in the 91st minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Nicanor Garizabal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eutor Moranto. Yaguan AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Garizabal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
