Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jose Tu kicked off to start the match. If Juan-Carlos Pas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Union FC's Juan-Carlos Olarria got control of the ball when Magdaleno Acutain tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, Tupambae's Jose Tu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan-Carlos Olarria was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juan-Carlos Olarria made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Magdaleno Acutain sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Union FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Tu came free, but Juan-Carlos Olarria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Union FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Casomiro Fontecavada hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Chale Alamos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corderun Varon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magdaleno Acutain might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan-Carlos Olarria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Magdaleno Acutain ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan-Carlos Pas was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Magdaleno Acutain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tupambae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magdaleno Acutain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magdaleno Acutain in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan-Carlos Olarria saved Union FC from getting behind. When Tupambae's Magdaleno Acutain in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Union FC's goalie prevented a goal. Magdaleno Acutain struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Juan-Carlos Olarria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tupambae. In the 62nd minute, Tupambae's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Chale Alamos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Juan-Carlos Olarria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Tu in the 64th minute of play. Ferran Orue hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Juan-Carlos Pas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan-Carlos Pas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corderun Varon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magdaleno Acutain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Carlos Olarria having to interfere. Frascuelo Mariño's late challenge caught a Tupambae's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frascuelo Mariño helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Union FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Frascuelo Mariño hit a great ball. If Jose Tu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Tupambae booed when Union FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelacio Tejeda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Union FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casomiro Fontecavada to maneuver through the defense. Iago Moyeda, 89 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Juan-Carlos Olarria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Tu, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
