Fresco Poso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Vallina in the 9th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Karlos Agriano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verdun AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karlos Agriano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matxin Abril breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fresco Poso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furtado Robles in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chamberlain's Fernado Menocal got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 21 minutes of play, Verdun AFC's Xuban Moriz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matxin Abril was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Claudio Vallina could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Fresco Poso however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Verdun AFC's Lawrence Artigue got a free kick in the 31st minute. Fresco Poso stood somewhat misplaced when Furtado Robles came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 32 minute. Karlos Agriano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fresco Poso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Vallina in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The supporters of Chamberlain booed when Verdun AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karlos Agriano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Vallina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Verdun AFC booed when Chamberlain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernado Menocal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Xuban Moriz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Matxin Abril, passed just outside the right post. Furtado Robles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fresco Poso having to interfere. Fresco Poso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Furtado Robles in the 69th minute of the match. Chamberlain's Claudio Vallina got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Xuban Moriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Matxin Abril successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Charro Solorzano hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Lisandro Trimiño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verdun AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Trimiño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matxin Abril breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xuban Moriz in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matxin Abril saved Chamberlain from getting behind. 86 minutes into the match, Verdun AFC's Xuban Moriz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matxin Abril narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudio Vallina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fresco Poso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Vallina in the 93rd minute of the match.
