Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pirro Mar started the match with the kick off. Gaskon Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maura Riazos, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Cordeal Villafranca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mercedes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordeal Villafranca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaskon Paredes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umea Paza's late challenge caught a Garzon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Umea Paza helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mercedes FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Umea Paza hit a great ball. In the 12th minute Pirro Mar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bermudo Ursueguia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bermudo Ursueguia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pirro Mar, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Maties Ariztegui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Pirro Mar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, Maura Riazos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mercedes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maura Riazos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Mercedes FC's Umea Paza got a free kick in the 25th minute. Alfonso Vasallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Bermudo Ursueguia made a huge save. Pirro Mar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Garzon FC's Alfonso Vasallo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bermudo Ursueguia. Bermudo Ursueguia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Zernin Vilarrubia kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordeal Villafranca in the 44th minute of play forced Garzon FC's goalkeeper Gaskon Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cordeal Villafranca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maura Riazos was the one to do the kick off. Gaskon Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maura Riazos in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Garzon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javiar Bustelo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pirro Mar in the 56th minute of play forced Mercedes FC's goalkeeper Bermudo Ursueguia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mercedes FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bernardo Brancovi hit a great ball. Alfonso Vasallo struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Bermudo Ursueguia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garzon FC. Pirro Mar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Bermudo Ursueguia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Cordeal Villafranca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Pirro Mar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, Xose Eraña was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garzon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mercedes FC the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Garzon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xose Eraña to maneuver through the defense. Gaskon Paredes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 75th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Manuelo Cayuso. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Cordeal Villafranca put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gaskon Paredes. Gaskon Paredes made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Cordeal Villafranca sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Alfonso Vasallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bermudo Ursueguia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 minutes of play, Garzon FC's Alfonso Vasallo made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bermudo Ursueguia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaskon Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maura Riazos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaskon Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maura Riazos's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Gaskon Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maura Riazos in the 96th minute of play. Garzon FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
