Agustin Gian's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ariel Rotalo firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Ovando Trevilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Gian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovando Trevilla succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Severiano Millano came out of the goal and Taurino Villapol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Conrado Bernia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 played minutes, Darwin FC's Enrique Quiles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severiano Millano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Darwin FC reached it. A collision led to Darwin FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Frutos Logroño hit a great ball. Ariel Rotalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Gian in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovando Trevilla in the 97th minute of play forced Darwin FC's goalkeeper Ariel Rotalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guayabos FC had won after a very even match.
