Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Humberto Isasaga started the match with the kick off. Artal Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zxavian Caballero having to interfere. Jose Adriano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 played minutes Achar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Garoa Vid. 19 minutes into the match, Achar AFC's goalkeeper Zxavian Caballero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oroitz Villarino. Achar AFC's Zxavian Caballero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Achar AFC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Paysandu booed when Achar AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garikoitz Rigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Artal Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Videl Merodio made a precise shot to the right of Salvino Ayllon. Paysandu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Zxavian Caballero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oroitz Villarino in the 41st minute. Salvino Ayllon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Videl Merodio in the 43rd minute of the match. Humberto Isasaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Salvino Ayllon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artal Cabral was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Paysandu's Hurko Rubion got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the match, Achar AFC's Humberto Isasaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salvino Ayllon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Garoa Vid kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Achar AFC booed when Paysandu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Ocomardia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Achar AFC's zone, Artal Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zxavian Caballero came out of the goal and Artal Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Videl Merodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Salvino Ayllon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Matei Ocomardia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paysandu's Salvino Ayllon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Isasaga in the 84th minute of play. Zxavian Caballero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artal Cabral in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Oroitz Villarino made a precise shot to the right of Zxavian Caballero. Achar AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 91 minutes into the match, Achar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Artal Cabral came free, but Zxavian Caballero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Isasaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvino Ayllon having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Paysandu got a freekick which was hit by Matei Ocomardia. In the 96th minute Humberto Isasaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvino Ayllon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
