Ivon Sal lost his temper 5 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 4th minute, one of Cardoso AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cardoso AFC. The referee gave Buenahora AFC a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Simao Moral, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cardoso AFC's Manuelo Gavito. 1-0. Cardoso AFC's Manuelo Gavito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Cardoso AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute of the match Simao Moral sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuelo Gavito skillfully saved the ball. Juvenal Villalobos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frascuelo Urquijo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Cordarius Fontova who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Manuelo Gavito when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 33 played minutes Cardoso AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tabb Portas. In the 35th match minute, Cardoso AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mede Bolinaga to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Fidencio Villafañe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mel Alejos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juvenal Villalobos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Frascuelo Urquijo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mel Alejos to strike the kick off in the second half. Cardoso AFC's Manuelo Gavito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordarius Fontova in the 60th minute of play. Juvenal Villalobos scored 2-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frascuelo Urquijo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Mel Alejos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buenahora AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mel Alejos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuelo Gavito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Cordarius Fontova ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuelo Gavito was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Juvenal Villalobos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frascuelo Urquijo having to interfere. When Buenahora AFC's Mel Alejos in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cardoso AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 95 minutes into the game, Mel Alejos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Manuelo Gavito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
