After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Yago Sallas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aguila's supporters rose to their feet, but Yago Sallas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesario Roldan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cesario Roldan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tabor Rafecas in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romelio Montane in the 16th minute of play forced Aguila's goalkeeper Handi Deleon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicheadero's Enrique Gorvea got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonardo Pelaz during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 played minutes Vicheadero got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Pelaz. In the 23rd minute, Tabor Rafecas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, Aguila's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Xabel Ronquillo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cesario Roldan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tabor Rafecas, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Aguila's goal looked a bit too open when Romelio Montane came free, but Handi Deleon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Aguila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xines Mar to maneuver through the defense. Yago Sallas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yago Sallas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Romelio Montane made a kick off. Handi Deleon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabel Ronquillo in the 53rd minute of the match. Handi Deleon didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Vicheadero's Xabel Ronquillo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After some careless play in the Aguila defense, Romelio Montane kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Handi Deleon. The Aguila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Handi Deleon should have stopped the shot. In the 71stth minute of the game Tabor Rafecas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vicheadero's Cesario Roldan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 74 played minutes Vicheadero got a freekick which was hit by Ranolfo Rubion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romelio Montane in the 78th minute of play forced Aguila's goalkeeper Handi Deleon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Pelaz was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Enrique Gorvea's late challenge caught a Aguila's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vicheadero's Romelio Montane got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Yago Sallas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. Aguila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xabel Ronquillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Aguila's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
