A collision led to Alejandrina FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ponciano Bara hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Jerrald Urtubia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alejandrina FC's Breogan Ybañez. Breogan Ybañez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iratzeder Collante in the 14th minute of play forced Duraznito FC's goalkeeper Fonda Oberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Alejandrina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerrald Urtubia came free, but Breogan Ybañez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fonda Oberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iratzeder Collante, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A collision led to Duraznito FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Benja Ballejos hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match Birjaio Llacin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fonda Oberto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Breogan Ybañez came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Duraznito FC's Mark Costeras. But to his dismay, Mark Costeras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Mark Costeras hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Ponciano Bara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Duraznito FC got a freekick which was hit by Bautista Roelas. In the 44th minute Iratzeder Collante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fonda Oberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Umea Cerdeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iratzeder Collante to make the kick off. Jerrald Urtubia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breogan Ybañez having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jerrald Urtubia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Breogan Ybañez was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. When Herena Verdaguer came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Alejandrina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herena Verdaguer couldn't finish the play. Iratzeder Collante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herena Verdaguer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Breogan Ybañez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Umea Cerdeira went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Umea Cerdeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breogan Ybañez having to interfere. After 81 minutes, Aristides Enterria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Duraznito FC and the Alejandrina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Herena Verdaguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fonda Oberto having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Duraznito FC's Umea Cerdeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Breogan Ybañez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Alejandrina FC's Iratzeder Collante got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Duraznito FC's goalkeeper Fonda Oberto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Iratzeder Collante came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Alejandrina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iratzeder Collante couldn't finish the play. Mark Costeras's late challenge caught a Alejandrina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mark Costeras helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Alejandrina FC booed when Duraznito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Costeras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 98 played minutes, Alejandrina FC's Birjaio Llacin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fonda Oberto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alejandrina FC reached it. The Duraznito FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
