Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Soriano's Oto Vigil started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramon Zumiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Barona in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Gelmiro Peñin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leobardo Conde. Soriano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gelmiro Peñin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Leobardo Conde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juango Vigil in the 20th minute of the match. When Juango Vigil came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Minuano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juango Vigil couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manel Dragana during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 71 played minutes Soriano got a freekick which was hit by Manel Dragana. After a defensive mix-up in Minuano FC's zone, Hernandez Querendil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Zumiel came out of the goal and Hernandez Querendil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oto Vigil in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Zumiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Rojelio Encalada fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minuano FC's protests and gave Rojelio Encalada a yellow card for diving instead. Minuano FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
