Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hever Dalmases started the match with the kick off. Arnoldo Collazos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Ascarza, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Hever Dalmases received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Bermudo Torrent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute Vidal Villalobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bermudo Torrent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Zuloaga during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vila AFC's Jacinto Zuloaga got a free kick in the 7th minute. Bermudo Torrent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidal Villalobos, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Vidal Villalobos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manu Cavite took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bermudo Torrent. Vila AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jacinto Zuloaga was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 31st minute, Jacinto Zuloaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bermudo Torrent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidal Villalobos in the 36th minute of the match. Vidal Villalobos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bermudo Torrent having to make a save. Bero Mora hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Hever Dalmases received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Bermudo Torrent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vidal Villalobos came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Sayago FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vidal Villalobos couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafe Mondragon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vidal Villalobos struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Bermudo Torrent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sayago FC. Rafe Mondragon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Collazos having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sayago FC's zone, Rafe Mondragon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Collazos came out of the goal and Rafe Mondragon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafe Mondragon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Arnoldo Collazos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Rafe Mondragon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vila AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Vila AFC's Bermudo Torrent got control of the ball when Vidal Villalobos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bermudo Torrent didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Rivera went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Dagoberto Ascarza charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dagoberto Ascarza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Vidal Villalobos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute Hever Dalmases shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bermudo Torrent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Vila AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dagoberto Ascarza to maneuver through the defense. If Vidal Villalobos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Collazos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafe Mondragon in the 94th minute of play. Vila AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elorri Madrid in the 96th minute. Vila AFC's Elorri Madrid was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnoldo Collazos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 97th minute, Bero Mora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
