The supporters of Acosta AFC booed when Vila AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Zuloaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th match minute, Acosta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattin Cotera to maneuver through the defense. Polentzi Villela hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Roberto Segura was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Dayam Panguision was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acosta AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Acosta AFC's Dayam Panguision got a free kick in the 13th minute. Erramun Chirino's late challenge caught a Vila AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erramun Chirino helped the player get up and apologised. Rafe Mondragon struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Gaitano Calleja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila AFC. Gaitano Calleja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Ascarza, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Acosta AFC's Tome Tijero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bermudo Torrent narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute Mattin Cotera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bermudo Torrent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mattin Cotera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Tome Tijero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vila AFC's Bermudo Torrent. Bermudo Torrent was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 minutes of play, Acosta AFC's Mattin Cotera made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bermudo Torrent was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Vila AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Acosta AFC were winning 0-2.

In the 55th minute, Elorri Madrid sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Acosta AFC's Gaitano Calleja didn't even have to move. A collision led to Acosta AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Dayam Panguision hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Acosta AFC defense, Dagoberto Ascarza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaitano Calleja. The Acosta AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaitano Calleja should have stopped the shot. Tome Tijero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Bermudo Torrent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Vila AFC booed when Acosta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erramun Chirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bermudo Torrent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tome Tijero, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ximenes Coleira during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Vila AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ximenes Coleira hit a great ball. Mattin Cotera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bermudo Torrent having to interfere. Acosta AFC's Erramun Chirino got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Erramun Chirino off the ground. After 77 played minutes Acosta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Erramun Chirino. If Rafe Mondragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vila AFC's goalkeeper Bermudo Torrent, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Dagoberto Ascarza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Mattin Cotera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acosta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mattin Cotera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bermudo Torrent breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Acosta AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
