Floresta FC's Javiero Arri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Floresta FC from getting a goal against them. Duardo Rienda's late challenge caught a Atlantida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duardo Rienda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Floresta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duardo Rienda to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Floresta FC's Ostadar Brancovi got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Eron Otal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Floresta FC's Cuarto Villaren got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Barbera in the 48th minute of play forced Floresta FC's goalkeeper Javiero Arri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Tobias Barbera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlantida's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Barbera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When Duardo Rienda was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Atlantida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berart Fuentetaja to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Atlantida's zone, Cuarto Villaren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sotero Garmendia came out of the goal and Cuarto Villaren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cuarto Villaren succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 79th playminute. Garcia Cordova hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Javiero Arri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Barbera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
