Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Haroldo Maeztu started the match with the kick off. Cucao Morillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Maeztu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Espinillo AFC's Ebardo Sabando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xosepe Menocal in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Ahogados's Juvenal Espinar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ebardo Sabando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aurelio Azurmendi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xosepe Menocal in the 16th minute of play forced Espinillo AFC's goalkeeper Ebardo Sabando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Xosepe Menocal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cucao Morillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Maeztu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 played minutes Espinillo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Castel Gimenez. After 29 played minutes Haroldo Maeztu rounded Ahogados's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Cucao Morillo made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ovidio Cavite sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Osasun Lombera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ahogados's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espinillo AFC the free kick. Osasun Lombera kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Virgilio Fresnos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Maeztu in the 37th minute of play forced Ahogados's goalkeeper Cucao Morillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Cucao Morillo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ovidio Cavite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Cucao Morillo made a huge save. Ahogados's Cucao Morillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Maeztu in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match Virgilio Fresnos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cucao Morillo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xosepe Menocal to strike the kick off in the second half. Ebardo Sabando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xosepe Menocal in the 52nd minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Ahogados's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Maeztu came free, but Cucao Morillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Espinillo AFC's zone, Juvenal Espinar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ebardo Sabando came out of the goal and Juvenal Espinar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ovidio Cavite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Cucao Morillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Castel Gimenez kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. With a little luck, Espinillo AFC's Ebardo Sabando got control of the ball when Juvenal Espinar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute Haroldo Maeztu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cucao Morillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ahogados getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Esdras Capdevila hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Virgilio Fresnos in the 88th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Cucao Morillo's left hand side. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Haroldo Maeztu sped through Ahogados's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cucao Morillo. Esdras Capdevila charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esdras Capdevila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Esdras Capdevila hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Espinillo AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
