Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristofol Galantia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Confesor Sorondo hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When Varese's Eutropio Huarte in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chacarita AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 14th minute, Eutropio Huarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eutropio Huarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeruko Barbaza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Vazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Ipar Seracoyz made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Teodoro Tuero sent off a good shot on target. Zeruko Barbaza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eutropio Huarte in the 22nd minute of the match. When Varese's Eutropio Huarte in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chacarita AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Mosen Lasso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Eutropio Huarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeruko Barbaza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eutropio Huarte ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 36th minute by Teodoro Tuero got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Eutropio Huarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Varese's supporters rose to their feet, but Eutropio Huarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeruko Barbaza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eutropio Huarte made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play, Chacarita AFC's Cristofol Galantia made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ipar Seracoyz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chacarita AFC's Zeruko Barbaza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eutropio Huarte in the 61st minute of play. Chacarita AFC's Teodoro Tuero got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eutropio Huarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Zeruko Barbaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Chacarita AFC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cristofol Mendoza hit a great ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Patricio Vazan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varese's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Vazan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eutropio Huarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeruko Barbaza having to interfere. Cristofol Galantia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ipar Seracoyz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Varese's Ipar Seracoyz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Tuero in the 77th minute of play. Patricio Vazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeruko Barbaza having to interfere. In the 85th minute Eutropio Huarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeruko Barbaza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Vazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Tuero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ipar Seracoyz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristofol Galantia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Varese's zone, Teodoro Tuero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ipar Seracoyz came out of the goal and Teodoro Tuero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
