Inigo Barba hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Chilcas FC's Otsando Pumeral broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Chilcas FC's Furtado Velayo, in the 6th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Chilcas FC. Montrelle Relloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urdaspal Lama in the 12th minute of the match. Hulberto Casero charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hulberto Casero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hulberto Casero kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Chilcas FC's Montrelle Relloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urdaspal Lama in the 16th minute of play. Gaizko Riba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Furtado Velayo in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Coquimbo FC's Adriana Garay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Montrelle Relloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 25th match minute, Chilcas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breogan Sagastia to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Coquimbo FC's Tanio Tuset tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Furtado Velayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Abecia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gaizko Riba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Chilcas FC's Leonardo Abecia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaizko Riba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Coquimbo FC's Inigo Barba seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Inigo Barba the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Coquimbo FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Inigo Barba had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Otsando Pumeral shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a defensive mix-up in Coquimbo FC's zone, Furtado Velayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaizko Riba came out of the goal and Furtado Velayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Coquimbo FC's Obano Real in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chilcas FC's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Obano Real stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 66 played minutes Chilcas FC got a freekick which was hit by Clis Arieta. Otsando Pumeral kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Obano Real kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Montrelle Relloso. That made the score 0-2 in the 71 minute of play. Furtado Velayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gaizko Riba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Leonardo Abecia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chilcas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Gaizko Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Abecia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Obano Real managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coquimbo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Obano Real was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Montrelle Relloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonardo Abecia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaizko Riba having to interfere. Coquimbo FC's Gaizko Riba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furtado Velayo in the 92nd minute of play.
