Pastor Ricoy made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Igon Cruzado sent off a good shot on target. Xavon Jado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xavon Jado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pastor Ricoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Tolino Jacolet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bittor Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bittor Machado came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Greco fans jumped to their feet. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferrando Antequera to make the kick off. Xavon Jado took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Ricoy. Pastor Ricoy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ferrando Antequera came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Greco fans jumped to their feet. Greco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferrando Antequera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Many of Greco's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Greco may have spent more time on the ball, but Mataojito FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
