In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Castillo's goalkeeper Diagur Palos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diagur Palos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlan Villarruel, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Bernat Marmol struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Iruinea Balza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castillo. Orlan Villarruel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Castillo's zone, Orlan Villarruel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diagur Palos came out of the goal and Orlan Villarruel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernat Marmol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iruinea Balza having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Castillo's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Alcazar came free, but Diagur Palos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rosas's Orlan Villarruel in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Castillo's goalie prevented a goal. The Rosas fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Rosas's Orlan Villarruel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Orlan Villarruel came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Diagur Palos could save by the left post. In the 67th match minute, Rosas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valiente Cagide to maneuver through the defense. When Bernat Marmol came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Castillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernat Marmol couldn't finish the play. If Severo Alcazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlan Villarruel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diagur Palos having to make a save. Iruinea Balza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernat Marmol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Koldo Lagunez hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Diagur Palos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Alcazar's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Diagur Palos made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Orlan Villarruel sent off a good shot on target. Diagur Palos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severo Alcazar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 93 minute of play. The Rosas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rosas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
