The audience was convinced that Melchazadec Baamonde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Noceda was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Melchazadec Baamonde ran back to his position shaking his head. Inocencio Escandàn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eufrasio Sedillo having to interfere. Eufrasio Sedillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andre Cerna in the 23rd minute. Eufrasio Sedillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Escandàn in the 26th minute of the match. Malvin Lebrija's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Noceda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Igor Noceda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malvin Lebrija, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abayuba AFC's Igor Noceda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malvin Lebrija in the 42nd minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inocencio Escandàn to strike the kick off in the second half. Ilazki Comacho kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Eufrasio Sedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Escandàn in the 56th minute of play. Inocencio Escandàn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Menafra AFC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Hodei Pedro hit a great ball. Mambru Canido, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Abayuba AFC's Andre Cerna got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eufrasio Sedillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Escandàn, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Igor Noceda made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Melchazadec Baamonde sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the game, Mambru Canido was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abayuba AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Menafra AFC the free kick. In the 69th minute, one of Abayuba AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Abayuba AFC. The goalkeeper, Igor Noceda, was totally fooled by Menafra AFC's Nicanor Lorenzo, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 78th minute Inocencio Escandàn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eufrasio Sedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abayuba AFC's Dino Corniero suffered a sore thigh after 79 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Gumaro Leguade charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gumaro Leguade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Abayuba AFC booed when Menafra AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gumaro Leguade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Noceda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malvin Lebrija in the 84th minute of the match. Eduino Cuero hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Melchazadec Baamonde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melchazadec Baamonde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Menafra AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Abayuba AFC.
