The referee ignored Algorta's protests and gave Cucao Solorzano a yellow card for diving instead. Cucao Solorzano hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Algorta's zone, Tiburcio Cañete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clis Venegas came out of the goal and Tiburcio Cañete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiburcio Cañete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Tiburcio Cañete left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moirones fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Moirones were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Algorta for a fine match.
